SHIPPING POLICY
Since we are currently unable to calculate exact shipping, we’ve set up the following flat rate fees & incentives.
Continental USA Shipping Rates
For orders up to $75: $8 shipping
For orders over $75: Free shipping!
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Rates
For orders up to $100: $30 shipping
For orders $100 - $250: $40 shipping
For orders over $250: $50 shipping
International Shipping Rates
Please contact shipping@the-teaspot.com for international shipping quotes. Include your shipping address and the desired products to get an exact quote.
RETURN POLICY
We want every customer to be happy with their TeaSpot products. If you are not completely satisfied with your TeaSpot purchase for any reason, please contact us. You may exchange any Steepware items for a full merchandise value credit within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will not offer exchanges for ceramic products broken upon use. As a food item, tea purchases are not able to be returned. Please follow these instructions for merchandise exchanges:
1. Call us at (303) 444–8324 or email us at info@the-teaspot.com requesting a return merchandise authorization. Please be sure to include your name, address, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. You will receive a response within two business days, and a return authorization number if approved.
2. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you to send the package to the following address:
